Osh downtown & Sulaiman-Too Mountain, Tajikistan

We walked in downtown Osh to shop for tours and looked around the big bazar until it became too hot. We rested at the hostel then took bus no 122 to hike up Sulaiman-Too Mountain, looming over the city full of ancient sites of worship, some still in use, dating back several millennia. It is considered the most complete example of a Central Asian sacred mountain, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We were too late to check a cave in the mountain is the site of a museum containing an old king's house.

When it got dark and we were ready to head back to the hostel, an old man pretended to help us to get a taxi at 150 som yet got into the same taxi which was a sign of a taxi scheme according to Lonely Planet.i refused to get into the taxi and we later took another taxi which only charged us 66 som.
