Had award winning beef noodles as dinner with my travel friend in the airport. We met in South America in 2011, and met each time I visit Taiwan.
Beef noodles soup has raised beef, egg noodles, and vegetables along with spices. The popularity of this soup has increased so much, that there is an annual beef noodles festival.
